Just as windsurfing is a combination between sailing and surfing, kiteboarding is a combination between powerkite flying and surfing. It is easy to understand why this sport is so popular as the jumps and tricks look spectacular.
Kiteboarding is a true adrenaline sport, where the rider uses and controls nature's raw power! As with all sports, each rider has his/her own style. Waves or flat water, aggressive or smooth control, technical moves, big air.

Our Kite School
The Kiteboard school´s aim is to help you understand and experience the power of the kite in an enjoyable and safe environment, and share the exhilaration we feel when experiencing nature's combination of wind and water.
Our fully qualified instructors have served their 'apprenticeship' along this coastline, and now have years of experience looking for and finding the best conditions. The kiteschool is totally mobile, which allows us to match these conditions to the abilities of our students.
Instructors are qualified with IKO and/or FAV (Andalucian Sailing Federation).

Induction Course 200 €
Kite Control
The fastest and safest way to learn how to kiteboard is to develop solid kite skills before you attempt to use a board. During this land based lesson you will rig, launch, fly, troubleshoot, land, and de-rig a full sized 4-line inflatable kite.
Learn basic flying skills, safety techniques and kiteboarding theory, together with launch etiquette and safe sailing rules. Other topics include selecting the correct equipment, and local site orientation.
You'll practice flying in and out of the powerzone, launching and landing, turning and stalling the kite.
Kite Control Body Drag
Feel Mother Nature's Power! With the skills learned in the intro, you're ready to manoeuvre through the powerzone while dragging in the water. A big adrenaline rush!
Kiteboarding Water Start
This is what you've been dreaming about! Now that you can fly a full sized kite with safe, confident control, you are ready to get in the water with the board.
This course, which runs over 2 days, (4 hours/day) will help you develop the skills you need to kiteboard safely and successfully in the water. You will be introduced to water relaunching your kite, self rescues, power-dragging, using a harness, water starting, and board control.
Private Lessons
Now that you know the basics, take the next step. A private lesson to correct your bad habits and learn:
correct body position,
transitions,
riding upwind,
jumping.
This private clinic is suited to the student's ability, including video analysis, with your instructor giving you tips as you ride.
