Bicycle Tours: sightseeing while cycling!

mm2

The  tour offers a new and dynamic way of sightseeing in the city of Málaga.

The guided bicycle tours of the charming historical centre and the beautiful promenade/beach area are the perfect way for tourists to really get to know the city of Málaga.  Along the route our knowledgeable and entertaining guides explain historical and cultural facts as well as quirky local anecdotes. Brief stops are made in front of important impressive monuments such as the Alcazaba and the cathedral, as well as places of interest like the oldest churches in Málaga and picturesque plazas.

Thanks to the bicycle, our clients see parts of Málaga that they wouldn’t get to see on traditional sightseeing tours. We pass through ancient narrow arabic streets and hidden plazas that add something truly memorable to the bike tour experience.

Why a Bike tour?

Sightseeing tours by bicycle are a great success in many other European cities such as London, Barcelona, Paris and Berlin, and is an activity that tourists expect to find in tourist destination cities of the 21st century. Bicycle tours form part of sustainable tourism. They are a pollution-free way of seeing the amazing city of Málaga: a worthy candidate of the European City of Culture in 2016.  This historical tour by bicycle perfectly combines the growing trends of active and culture-based holidays. The Málaga Bike Tour is a great way to bring holiday makers into Málaga for the day from along the coast (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella, etc.), the perfect way for cruise ship passengers to be assured of seeing the best that Málaga has to offer in the short time they have in the city, and a fun, team-building activity for company incentives. As well, in comparison with other tours, it is one of the most economical and comprehensive offers available. And let’s not forget about the weather- Málaga has an excellent all-year round climate with few rainy days: ideal for bike riding!

The tour starts in one of Málaga’s main plazas: Plaza de la Merced, the birthplace of Pablo Ruiz Picasso and then stops at the following places: (N.B. we don’t enter any monuments):
